Safe initial checks

Isolate power and follow the user manual:

  • Clean the accessible filter.
  • Check that the drain hose is not kinked.
  • Confirm the sink waste is not blocked.
  • Look for foreign objects inside the cabinet.
  • Record the error code.

What does technical service check?

The drain pump, non-return valve, level detection and electronic controls are tested to locate the fault.
