Symptoms that may accompany the problem

  • The programme starts but no water can be heard
  • An error code is shown
  • The door does not lock
  • Only a small amount of water enters
  • There is a humming sound at the inlet

Safe checks

Do not disconnect hoses while the appliance remains powered:

  • Confirm the water tap is open.
  • Check that the inlet hose is not kinked.
  • Check for a water outage or low pressure.
  • Ensure the door is fully closed.
  • Record the error code.

When service is required

If the tap is open and water pressure is normal but the appliance still does not fill, the inlet valve, lock, sensor or electronic components require testing.

Safety note

Do not remove hoses or panels while the appliance is connected to electricity.
